We deliver via Bpost or parcel service and collection is also possible.
Shipping costs:
All prices as indicated are exclusive of shipping costs. Your contribution to these costs depends on the destination.
In most cases, we will cover a large part of the costs. Nevertheless, you can see the costs in the shopping cart or we always send a confirmation in advance, so that there are no unforeseen costs for you.
If you wish to pick up, that is of course possible; there are of course no shipping costs, but it is best to give a message with your order and / or a phone call in advance to meet.

Mostly outside the EU: each country has different regulations regarding import duties and taxes. Often there are no additional costs, but there is also a chance that the customer will have to pay tax/import duties on arrival of the shipment; in that case, the customer is responsible for the additional costs.

Shipping term and stock:
After receiving your payment (the delay depends on your bank, ask your local branch: our bank is Belfius in Belgium - PayPal/MultiSafePay has almost no delay) we will send the products as soon as possible to the delivery address you specified or you can come yourself pick up and pay on pick up.
Shipping usually takes about 24-48 hours within Belgium and 48-96 hours in Europe, when we ship directly from Belgium (and if there are no unforeseen circumstances, e.g. very bad weather or traffic problems...).
BPost/GLS/PostNL: You can track via the tracking number you receive from us. With the online parcel tracking function (Track&Trace) you can check the status of your parcel at any time. To check the status of your package, simply enter the package number or Track ID on the link we send you ( http://www.bpost.be, https://gls-group.eu or http: //www.postnl.nl)
We almost always have all Global Medics products in stock. Of course it can happen that something is sold out, but we always have the option of ordering quickly from the main warehouse and the delivery will then take 24-48 hours longer.
In any case, we will inform you on the order confirmation if there is a delay, so that you can take it into account.
Not at home or delivery to another address:
Not at home: first of all, the driver will try to have your shipment received by a neighbor (with signature). If your package cannot be delivered to a neighbour, the driver will leave a notice of offer and deliver the package to the nearest depot/ParcelShop.
In any case, the driver always leaves an offer message for the recipient. If you are not at home with a second offer, the package will be returned to the sender after a retention period of nine working days.
Other address: a different delivery address can be entered in the shopping cart, for example the address of the employer (with his permission) or neighbours, family, friends... You can also enter a GLS ParcelShop as direct delivery address.

Damage:
In case of minor damage, you can ask whether the driver will stay with you until you have checked the contents of the package.
If there is transport damage, you must refuse to receive it. This means that the postman or carrier takes the goods back and we look for a solution for you.
In that case, please inform us as soon as possible. We will deal with it and inform you about a suitable solution or replacement.
Return:
If you want to cancel a purchase, please contact us first. Because we deal with food supplements, among other things, we must point out that these are not taken back. We must be able to supervise correct storage and handling and that is not possible once the goods have left our stock.
In the exceptional case that a return is allowed, you will have to pay for the return freight yourself (unless it is a mistake on our part of course). The goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as on delivery. It must always be returned in the original packaging. The packaging must be in a condition that allows a possible resale. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive at us in good condition. Because we cover a large part of the costs for shipping and packaging, 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. After receipt and verification by us, the amount will be deposited directly into the customer's account. All other expenses incl. the purchase and return are not refunded. No goods will be accepted after 14 days.
