When do I administer Vitamin E to my horse?

Vitamin E is used in case a horse has EMND (Equine Motor Neuron Disease).
It also promotes healing of horses with muscle problems (e.g. illness Monday) and nerve problems (e.g. ataxia) and it slows down the cell ageing.
