After your order, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email with our bank details for easy payment via online banking or your own bank.

Please always include your order number with your payment so we can process your order quickly.
Your bank statement serves as proof of payment.

International payments are usually processed within 1–3 business days. The exact processing time depends on your bank.

🌍 Business Orders & VAT Regulation

Are you a company or veterinarian outside of Belgium with a valid VAT number? Then you can order with an intra-Community delivery (0% VAT) according to European regulations.

The VAT number must be valid via the European Union's VIES system: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies

Businesses outside Europe

Businesses outside the EU can order with 0% VAT, provided the delivery is made to an address outside the European Union.
