Deliveries outside the EU
Import duties and local taxes may apply for countries outside the EU.
In many cases, there are no additional costs, but you may have to pay import duties or VAT upon arrival of the shipment. These costs are always the customer's responsibility.
If you have special shipping requests, please feel free to contact us so we can propose a suitable solution.
Shipping times and inventory
As soon as we receive your payment, we will package your order the same day or within one business day and ship it to the address you provided. This way, you will receive your purchase quickly.
Payment processing times depend on your bank. We can accept instant transfers. Payments via PayPal or MultiSafePay are almost always processed immediately.
Delivery times (indicative):
• Belgium: usually 24–48 hours
• Europe: usually 48–96 hours
You will receive a tracking number from us so you can track your package online.
We almost always have all products in stock.
Is an item exceptionally unavailable? We'll quickly reorder and delivery may take 24–48 hours longer, or we'll inform you.
Not at home upon delivery
Are you not at home? The driver will usually try to deliver your package to a neighbor.
If this isn't possible, you'll receive a message and your package will be taken to a collection point.
After a second attempt or a storage period of approximately 9 business days, the package will be returned to us.
You can also specify a different delivery address in your shopping cart, for example, your work address or a collection point.
Damage
If there is visible damage, you can ask the driver to wait while you check the contents.
Is there any transport damage? Refuse the delivery. The carrier will take the package back, and we will provide a suitable solution.
In that case, please inform us as soon as possible.
Returns
Do you want to cancel a purchase? Please contact us first.
Because we sell nutritional supplements, among other things, these cannot be returned. We must be able to guarantee that products have been stored correctly and are not contaminated, which is no longer possible once they leave our inventory.
In exceptional circumstances where a return is permitted:
• You are responsible for the return costs (unless it is our fault).
• The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• The packaging must be suitable for resale.
• You are responsible for ensuring the correct return shipment.
Because we cover a significant portion of the shipping and packaging costs, 80% of the purchase price will be refunded.
Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery.
